Conditions of Registration

• By sending this form, you agreed with all terms and conditions.
• All submission for the permit must be completed before starting the exercise.
• it will take between 3 to 5 business days after receiving your request to reply to your request.
• Filling a form for permission doesn’t make any responsibilities for Nowadays Theatre Company.
• If your application gets approved, you will receive a link to make the requested payment and you will receive the permit after the payment.
• Once we receive your submission, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please double-check that you have entered your email address correctly to ensure you receive the confirmation.

Methods of Payment

• The preferred method of payment is via online registration with a credit card via PayPal. We also accept electronic bank transfers (e-transfer) to nowadaystheatre@gmail.com.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• The The registration fee is non-refundable (unless cancelled by NOWADAYS THEATRE, but can be considered as a credit for the submitter to perform the play whitin one year from the submission date.

• The credit to perform in the future is valid at most one year and to perform the play whitin one year, you must submit the registration from again and mention your credit.
• If the company cancel the permission for any reason, all permission fees will be fully refunded.

• All personal information we collect is held in confidence. Our Executive and Management board members are authorized to access personal information only as needed to deal with such information for the reason for which it was obtained. The Company utilizes a secure website and database to ensure the necessary safeguards and firewalls are in place to protect member information. Our website collects personal information during the registration process. We also learn users’ e-mail addresses and other attached information when they send us an e-mail. We do not sell or exchange personally identifiable information with any third parties.
