Conditions of Registration

• By submitting this form, you agreed with all terms and conditions.
• It will take between 3 to 5 business days after receiving your request to reply to your request.
• Once Once we receive your payment, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please double-check that you have entered your email address correctly to ensure you receive the confirmation.
• The play must be presented as originally written, without any additions or modifications to the title or content. This includes restrictions on altering, updating, or amending the time, locales, or settings of the play in any manner.
• The author, Mohammad Yaghoubi, must be credited as the sole and exclusive author of the play in all programs distributed in connection with the performances and in any instance where the title of the play is used for advertising, publicizing, or exploiting the play or its production. The author’s name should appear on a separate line immediately beneath the title, with a font size and prominence equal to 50% of the largest letter used for the play’s title. No other person, firm, or entity shall receive larger or more prominent credit than the author.
• Performances must take place on the specified dates and at the designated location. Any proposed changes to the dates, venue, or number of performances must receive prior written approval from the playwright to be considered valid.

• Methods of Payment:

1. The preferred method of payment is via online registration with a credit card via PayPal.
2. We also accept electronic bank transfers (e-transfer) to nowadaystheatre@gmail.com. Please include the title of the play for which you are requesting production rights in the message section.
3. You can also provide a cheque payable to NOWADAYS THEATRE.
4. Bank-to-Bank Transfer is another option with the following details: 01291 – 003 – 1007111.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: The The registration fee is non-refundable (unless cancelled by NOWADAYS THEATRE, but can be considered as a credit for the submitter to perform the play whitin one year from the submission date.
• The credit to perform in the future is valid for up to one year. To stage the play within that period, you must resubmit and mention your credit.
• If the company cancel the permission for any reason, all permission fees will be fully refunded.
• Privacy Practices: All personal information we collect is held in confidence. Our Executive and Management board members are authorized to access personal information only as needed to deal with such information for the reason for which it was obtained. The Company utilizes a secure website and database to ensure the necessary safeguards and firewalls are in place to protect member information. Our website collects personal information during the registration process. We also learn users’ e-mail addresses and other attached information when they send us an e-mail. We do not sell or exchange personally identifiable information with any third parties.
• Website and Commerce: We use appropriate security measures, including encryption software, to protect personal and other information that we received when a product or service is purchased and paid online. We use only those online payment services that offer the highest levels of security and protection.
